KLP Residency is part of KLP Group, based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, offering premium corporate accommodation, including semi-furnished apartments for company guest houses, staff housing, business travel, and long-stay arrangements near Technopark, Kazhakkoottam.

• Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking or reservation. All accommodation requests are subject to availability and written confirmation from our corporate accounts team.
• Any pricing, availability, or specification details mentioned on the Site (including apartment area, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, or parking slots) are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final terms will be confirmed directly with the client at the time of booking.
• We aim to respond to enquiries within 2 business hours but do not guarantee a specific response time.

Specific terms relating to occupancy, security deposits, house rules, maintenance responsibilities, and cancellation or termination of stay will be governed by a separate accommodation agreement executed directly between KLP Residency and the client/company at the time of booking. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and a signed accommodation agreement, the accommodation agreement shall prevail.
